Job description:

Provide high level support to the Team Leaders, Revenue Operations as required, in the collections of taxes and fees and the administration of the relevant Acts. Provide advice to clients and staff on the interpretation of relevant taxation legislation and associated rulings and guidelines.
  • Use your interpretative and analytical skills to make determinations about a range of concession, grant, and rebate applicants.
  • Assist taxpayers to understand and comply with their taxation and grant obligations.

About the Branch

The Revenue Branch administers a range of legislation relating to taxation, grants, concessions, and rebates. This includes collecting taxation revenue, processing applications to ensure adherence with eligibility criteria, risk based and targeted auditing, ensuring decisions are based on sound legal principles and managing outstanding debts.

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

Desirable Requirements

A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
