Job description:
Support the implementation of Biosecurity Tasmania’s Digital Transformation Program with a strong focus on the delivery of technological solutions to improve processes. This involves supporting the implementation of Maximum Biosecurity (MAX) into Biosecurity Tasmania’s operations. MAX is a software application that focuses on the development of biosecurity management processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and others.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation)
Period of Appointment

Duties

Desirable Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in information technology, basic project management and/or business management skills.
- Experience working closely with end-users and software vendors to facilitate system improvements using contemporary technologies (e.g., MS360 and Java).
- A current motor vehicle drivers’ licence.
