Job description:
The Client Devices Manager is responsible for the management, delivery, security, and lifecycle oversight of various end user technology services across the organisation. This role leads a team responsible for client endpoints, collaboration technologies, telephony, video conferencing, specialised operational equipment, and the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), ensuring services are secure, reliable, cost effective, and aligned to business and operational needs.
The role also provides contract and vendor management oversight to ensure value for money, compliance, and continuity of client device services.
