- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 1 May 2025.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 52 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 9 April 2025.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 10 February 2025.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 8 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 30 January 2025.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 24 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 1 January 2025.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 24 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 21 December 2024.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 48 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 7 December 2024.
- Fixed term, part time, shift-worker (fully rotational) position working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date until 27 October 2024.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies.
Salary: $75,902 - $102,908 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Access to the Grade 4 salary range $96,558 - $102,908 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowance calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023
Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration
The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre‑employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
- Conviction checks in the following areas:
- crimes of violence
- sex related offences
- serious drug offences
- crimes involving dishonesty
- Identification check
- Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
