Job description:
The Practice Quality Assurance Lead Practitioner provides professional practice leadership in managing contemporary and contentious issues. This position provides high quality and responsive practice support to all functions of the Practice Quality Assurance team, including complaint and risk escalation processes, and is a key leader in the design and implementation of the approach to responding to concerns about the safety of children in care, and serious event review processes.
Working in close collaboration with staff within the Office of the Chief Practitioner, the position will have a high degree of influence over professional practice improvement activities aligned with best-practice standards. The role leads and champions change, continuous learning, and improvement efforts to strengthen service delivery outcomes across the State. It works under the direction of the Practice Quality Assurance Principal.
