
The Team
The Facility Operations team provides a range of services to support you. These services include:
- Guidance on building compliance with Australian Standards and Government Regulations
- Administration of a range of operational maintenance contracts
- Delivery of the approved Infrastructure Rectification Program
- Advice in relation to the Property Protection Scheme (PPS)
- Advice in relation to Asbestos Management.
- Support to sites in development of site funded building works
- Assistance in instances of failures of critical maintenance services, such as electricity and water
- Support with emergencies that have the potential to disrupt site activities.
About the Role
The Facility Operations Officer provides administrative advice and support to the Facility Operations Team. Primary duties include facilitation of the central contractor audits, along with monitoring of the Operations email inbox and assisting with work requests and work orders as required.
Applicants should have strong administration and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Sound Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential to this role.
