Job description:

Provide face-to-face, online, and telephone consultations with RBF members. Primarily this role assists members of defined benefit schemes to understand their statutory entitlements, empowering them to make informed decisions in relation to their superannuation.

About You

Treasury is seeking a motivated Superannuation Consultant to join the Office of the Superannuation Commission’s Member Services team. In this frontline role, you will provide face‑to‑face, online and telephone consultations to Retirement Benefits Fund (RBF) members and third-party stakeholders.

You will support members of defined benefit schemes to understand their statutory entitlements, empowering them make informed decisions about their superannuation.

About the Branch

The Office supports the Superannuation Commission in undertaking its statutory functions, including managing contracts with external service providers. The Commission undertakes a range of activities to provide member services and solutions, manage investments and finance and provide product operational support.

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part time hours.

Period of Appointment 

This is a fixed term appointment for a period of 12 months.

Desirable Requirements

A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
