Job description:
The position works with business units to successfully deliver business system solutions by providing project management skills, experience and knowledge, with a critical understanding of the specific business needs for affected stakeholders.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Review and confirm developer deliverables to ensure that the requirements of the project are being delivered in a timely and user-friendly manner.
- Development and maintenance of project related documentation and reports including project management plans and tender documentation.
- Represent the department at appropriate forums, both within and external to the Agency and across all spheres of government including the coordination and of design workshops.
- Develop communication and consultation strategies to ensure sound knowledge of the project by all internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively co-ordinate and undertake high level project management over all components of the projects business plan in order to achieve objectives in a structured and formalised manner.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the development and management of project outputs.
- Provide guidance and leadership to staff associated with and affected by the project, providing constructive feedback and managing performance.
Desirable Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications, or relevant qualification and high level expertise in Project Management.
