Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

• Review and confirm developer deliverables to ensure that the requirements of the project are being delivered in a timely and user-friendly manner.
• Development and maintenance of project related documentation and reports including project management plans and tender documentation.
• Represent the department at appropriate forums, both within and external to the Agency and across all spheres of government including the coordination and of design workshops.
• Develop communication and consultation strategies to ensure sound knowledge of the project by all internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively co-ordinate and undertake high level project management over all components of the projects business plan in order to achieve objectives in a structured and formalised manner.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the development and management of project outputs.
• Provide guidance and leadership to staff associated with and affected by the project, providing constructive feedback and managing performance.

Desirable Requirements

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications, or relevant qualification and high level expertise in Project Management.
