The Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of People and Performance will lead the Business Partnering and the Culture and Wellbeing team to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable the organisation’s culture, capability and strategic priorities. As a strategic leader, you will ensure the team has the tools, frameworks and clarity to provide a consistent, high-quality partnering experience, delivering solutions across culture, workforce planning, change and performance. Working closely with the other Centres of Excellence, you and your team will enable business outcomes and support managers to lead effectively.

Appointment Details
The role is a Senior Executive position offered as a 5-year contract with an attractive remuneration package, which incorporates salary ranging from $156,075 and $171,573 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and private use of a fully maintained vehicle.
Eligibility

- Satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study from a recognised tertiary institution in a relevant field
